Why visit the show?
Buying a home is one of the most important investments most of us will ever make, so doing your homework is essential before you spend your hard earned cash! This year in particular you really don’t have to be a millionaire, as prices have dropped and you can pick up real estate starting from as little as US$98,000.
Now in its 16th year, THE WORLDWIDE PROPERTY SHOW returns to the Middle East. The show will enable both buyers and investors to meet and talk to over 60 leading developers and estate agents representing over 25 countries.
Whether you’re looking for a beach side villa, a city apartment, a small studio or a luxury golf resort condominium, we have property to suit all budgets. With so much property on display, this is an ideal time to wander around the world and compare designs, locations and prices!
With the current global financial crisis, find out for yourself, exactly what you can buy with your money, with many of the exhibitors offering some serious bargains!
Some of the countries that will participating are Australia, Barbados, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Cayman Islands, Croatia, Cyprus, Dominican Republic, Egypt, France, Greece, Indonesia, Italy, Jamaica, Malaysia, Morocco, Panama, Philippines, Portugal, Romania, Spain, St. Lucia, St. Vincent, South Africa, Switzerland, Thailand, Turkey, United Arab Emirates , United Kingdom and United States of America.
The Grand Hyatt Dubai is located near to the Garhoud Bridge and close to the Wafi Centre. For information about the hotel and its location, check out their website www.dubai.grand.hyatt.com
TIP: Many of the exhibitors actually live in these countries, so they can answer all your questions either about the actual real estate on offer or about the lifestyle in the region. In the evening the show does get busier, so if you want “quality time” to have a chat with the developers or agents, try to arrive early when the show opens especially on Friday and Saturday.
We look forward to welcoming you to the longest running international real estate exhibition in the Middle East.
Please check local news papers and radio for competitions and special offers at the show.
Admission to the show is FREE.
